WHAT ARE YOUR CHARGE RATES?
Charge rates are based on the NDIS price guide.
DO YOU SUPPLY YOUR OWN PRODUCTS?
Yes, however, you can choose to use your own.
WHAT DO YOU OFFER IN YOUR 24-HOUR CARE?
24-hour care can be tailored to your needs.
MEAL PREPARATION?
We can use your own food for meals if you choose.
WHAT FREQUENCY CAN I CHOOSE FOR CLEANING SUPPORTS?
The visits can be weekly or fortnightly, however, a minimum of 2 hours is required per visit.
CAN YOU SUPPORT ME ON A HOLIDAY OR EXTENDED OUTING?
Yes we can.
CAN RESPITE BE IN MY OWN HOME?
Yes, as long as all safety protocols are met.
