SUPPORT WORKERS
We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team. If you have a passion for mental health care, 2-5 years of support work experience, and relevant qualifications (such as Cert III in Individual Support or similar), we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to individuals with mental health conditions.
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Foster a supportive and empowering environment for clients.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
2 - 5 years of experience in support work.
Qualifications in Individual Support (Cert III or equivalent) preferred.
Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to client well-being.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
